Reviews and Ratings
I had a pleasant stay at the hotel, enjoying the friendly atmosphere and the lovely staff. Although the rooms felt a bit worn out and could use an upgrade, the size was quite generous and provided a comfy space for me. The location was stellar, just a stone's throw away from great shopping and dining options. While the dining experience was decent, it didn't quite meet the luxury expectations set out on the website. Overall, it was a good value stay, but there are definitely areas that could use improvement.
I had a mixed experience at this boutique hotel. While the atmosphere was charming and the staff was genuinely warm and helpful, the room left a lot to be desired in terms of upkeep. The location is fantastic, being steps away from trendy shops and cafes, but consider whether the value matches the price. Improvements are definitely needed in the room maintenance department, yet the vibe of the hotel is quite inviting.
The hotel has a rich history and offers spacious rooms, but it definitely feels like it could use some modernization. The staff were pleasant and helpful, although not as attentive as one might hope. Additionally, the location is convenient for exploring South Yarra, but construction next door can be a bit of a distraction. Overall, it has great potential with some fresh updates and attention to detail.
Overall, my stay was quite the mixed bag. The hotel is situated in a prime location with easy access to shopping and dining, but the ongoing construction noise was incredibly disruptive. The rooms, while spacious, showed signs of age and could use some freshening up. Additionally, the service was friendly but not without its issues, particularly with the billing process, which left a sour taste in my mouth.
My stay at the hotel was a mixed bag. While I appreciated the clean atmosphere and boutique vibe, I encountered several issues that dampened my experience. There was an overpowering fragrance throughout the property that left me uncomfortable, and the bed was much harder than expected. On the positive side, the staff were pleasant and the location is quite charming, with easy access to shops and cafes nearby. Overall, I found the hotel lacking in certain areas, especially for the price I paid.
